OMEGA partners with community organisations to realise its vision of a prosperous greater Auckland region engaging the contributions of skilled immigrants.

Community organisations offer a range of services to new Kiwi’s, and are therefore perfectly positioned to recruit and assess the suitability of immigrants for OMEGA’s programmes.  The threshold for screening is high, and only work ready, skilled immigrants who are committed and eligible to work in New Zealand participate in OMEGA’s programmes. Each applicant undergoes a thorough screening and interview process which is done by the community organisation, before being made available for OMEGA’s programmes.
