Justin Treagus, CEO
Justin has a BCom Honours, and brings a range of experience in Leadership, Learning, Organisational Development and Change Management to OMEGA. Having managed HR projects in six countries across Europe and Africa, he understands the value in managing diversity. As a member of a global Learning and Development leadership team, he developed and delivered induction and skills programmes aimed at maximising the benefits of diversity. Justin joined OMEGA as its Programme Director in January 2008, and has been responsible for its strategic direction, as well as the project's transition to an independent not-for-profit organisation.

Ian Scott, Programme Manager
With a degree in Business Management from Manchester University, Ian has over ten years professional recruitment experience both in the UK and New Zealand. He arrived in New Zealand several years ago as part of a year’s sabbatical and has made New Zealand home ever since. Ian is passionate about enabling organisations to benefit from the diverse skills and experience offered by talented immigrants through involvement in practical programmes. Ian leads the organisation's Mentoring Programme, TAP-In and Best Practice Forum.

Ronel Jacobs, Programme Co-ordinator
After completing a Human Resource Management degree, Ronel spent three years specialising in recruiting and managing temporary employees in the banking and financial services, IT, educational, and call centre industries. Ronel joined the OMEGA team in May 2009, and is responsible for its programmes’ effectiveness and operational requirements.

Bettina Urbanski, Immigrant Support Co-ordinator
Bettina holds a law degree from Germany and worked for several years as a legal representative, acting as a mediator on behalf of members of the trade unions, dealing with employment disputes etc. She then joined one of Germany’s biggest regional banks in a generalist HR role. Bettina came on board in May 2010, and is responsible for processing applications and providing follow up support to programme participants.

She has serviced clients in the IT, telecommunications, aviation, hospitality and manufacturing industries. She joined the team in April 2010, and is responsible for the programme communications as well as Cities of Migration project.
